MY STORYA good outfit starts with a good story.
For Kinsey Ranee, that story began in her hometown of Houston, where a shy kid found her voice through clothes and learned the power of style as self-expression. What started as confidence-building quickly grew into a calling to help others feel the same.
In 2017, she decided to pack up and move to Los Angeles to pursue her styling dreams at FIDM. There, Kinsey quickly fell in love with the chaos and storytelling that came with he industry, having the privilege to assist top stylists such as Nicole Chavez, Karla Welch, Tara Swennon, Dani Michelle, and Sydney Lopez over the years. After almost 6 years on the West Coast, her southern roots began to call her name so she made the move to Music City, aka Nashville.
Since moving, Kinsey has had the privilege of being named one of the Top 5 Stylists in T.J.Maxx’s inaugural Stylist Incubator Program , mentored by renowned stylist Micaela Erlanger, a milestone that affirmed her instinct and rising voice in the industry.
Her work has been featured by Byrdie, TLC Networks, and more, with clients including Dylan Marlowe and Alexandra Kay. Beyond styling, Kinsey is passionate about building creative community, partnering with spaces like Soho House to connect and champion the next generation of industry talent.
Kinsey has a heart for people, traveling, and connecting. If she isn’t on set (or a jet), you can find her at hot pilates, reading at a coffee shop, or hunting down the newest cool spot in the city.
